Curriculum
Develop curriculum for visual art and design classes that is grounded in Design Thinking and Universal Design for Learning. Research, creative problem-solving, collaboration, and revision are emphasized in each unit.
Partnerships
Through partnerships with Artists For Humanity and the Institute of Contemporary Art, I provide students with opportunities to collaborate with professional artists in state-of-the-art design studios and art museums.
Clubs
Support students in the nature club in the growing and selling of starter plants. Last year the club sold plants at the Wake Up the Earth Festival in Jamaica Plain and sold five hundred dollars worth of plants.
